Will staff have to stop using Gmail?+
Not necessarily. Google Workspace can use an institution’s custom domain while staff continue working in the familiar Gmail interface.
Who owns the email accounts?+
The institution owns the domain, administrative environment and accounts. CyberPass.ID acts only within the authorised implementation and support scope.
Can an existing website stay where it is?+
Yes. Email can be configured with a specialist provider without moving the organisation’s website, provided DNS is handled carefully.
Which email provider do you use?+
We recommend the provider that fits the institution’s budget, security and operational needs, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and other reputable custom-domain platforms.
